8 TV channel will produce of series of four segments, 15 minutes each, about small businesses in national parks, featuring Grand Canyon National Park, Yellowstone National Park and Glacier National Park. The goal is to show the role of small businesses (hotels and lodges, gift shops and other retail, adventure tourism outfits, restaurants) in promotion of domestic tourism in the United States.

The Russian TV crew exploring “Role of Small Businesses in the Tourism Industry” started their Media Co-Op in Santa Fe, New Mexico. At the Hotel Santa Fe, which is 51% owned by Pueblo Native Americans, they interviewed managing partner, Paul Margetson, and the governor and lieutenant  governors of the tribe.

Production continued through May 24 with stops in  Grand Canyon National Park, AZ, Bozeman, MT and Yellowstone National Park to show the role of small businesses (hotels and lodges, gift shops and other retail, adventure tourism outfits, restaurants) in promotion of domestic tourism in the United States. They interviewed the owner of Parade Rest guest ranch about tourism in the Bozeman and Big Sky areas, and benefits to the community. The crew plans to show its viewers the role of small businesses in promotion of domestic tourism in the United States.
