Victoria Hartke
Managing Director for Planning and Real Estate
Victoria R. Hartke joined the Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) in August 2016, as the Managing Director for the Planning and Real Estate Directorate. She received a Master of Law degree in International and Comparative Law, summa cum laude, from George Washington University. She received her Juris Doctor degree from the Penn State School of Law (Dickinson) and her Bachelor of Arts from Gettysburg College with a double major in Economics and French.
She joined the Senior Executive Service in 2013 as the Director of the Office of Leasing for the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) in the National Capital Region. Prior positions at the GSA included Special Advisor to the Chief Operating Officer, Acting Regional Commissioner, Public Buildings Service, Greater Southwest Region (Fort Worth), and Director of Leasing, Public Buildings Service, Southeast Sunbelt Region (Atlanta).
She previously served OBO in the capacities of Realty Specialist and Team Lead from 1993 to 2005.
She has been married to her husband, Jim Crotty, a Senior Rulemaking Analyst with the Federal Aviation Administration, for over 29 years, and they have a daughter, Ainsley, who is 17 years old. They live in Bethesda, MD.
